Mandana
My fitness journey began as a teenager in my home country, where I carried a backpack of weights for more than a mile to a public gym. After moving to the US I joined a gym and then achieved my 200 RYT certification. I enjoy practicing Bikram, Hatha, Ashtanga, Gentle Yoga, Yin, and my favorite – Vinyasa. I like the challenge of Vinyasa, which involves a faster pace that is designed to build heat and strengthen muscles. While my career involves traditional medicine at a regional medical facility, I love having the opportunity to help people in our community to pursue a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally.
