Is Right For You?

IN-STUDIO CLASS (also livestreamed)

  • This class is a continuous flow of movement & breath which generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment.
  • In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence.
  • Knowledge of primary asanas is recommended for this class to make it fun and enjoyable.
  • ALL LEVEL CLASS – Modifications and assists will be offered to allow each yogi, beginner to advanced, to make this practice their own.


PROPS NEEDED:
You will want to bring your own mat, blanket, (2) blocks, bolster and a strap to enhance your practice.

IN-STUDIO CLASS (also livestreamed)
Want to feel more grounded and peaceful while starting your week off balanced?

  • Beginning with breath work, followed by setting an intention for your day/week, moving through various meditative Sun Salutations, connecting the breath and body.
  • Class will end with a mindful meditation to greet your day/week with vitality and equanimity.
  • ALL LEVEL CLASS – Modifications and assists will be offered to allow each yogi, beginner to advanced, to make this flow their own.

IN-STUDIO CLASS (also livestreamed)

  • We explore the fundamental principle of breath work paired with strong asana postures to deeply access both the physical and subtle anatomy of the body.
  • Offers a unique focus; whether that be a given asana shape, an anatomical location in the body or a subtle body focal point.
  • Is slightly warm – with the intention of making the body warm for ease of accessing challenging asanas and to detoxify the system through sweat.
  • Is balanced in its warming and cooling phases; you will be challenged to access the body deeply, yet given time to cool-down and connect with the physical and subtle body more intimately.
  • ALL LEVEL CLASS – Modifications and assists will be offered to allow each yogi, beginner to advanced, to make this practice their own.

IN-STUDIO CLASS (also livestreamed)

  • A grounding Hatha sequence focused on stretching the shoulders, back, neck, and gently opening the hips and chest.
  • Ideal for unwinding the physical and mental tension of the day by focusing on your connection to breath and alignment.
  • ALL LEVEL CLASS – Modifications and assists will be offered to allow each yogi, beginner to advanced, to make this practice their own.

IN-STUDIO CLASS (also livestreamed)
This class will focus on unwinding your body and mind for the day to prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
The class will include a combination of the following:

  • Moon Salutation Flow
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Yin
  • Guided Meditation w/Restorative Breathing

ALL LEVEL CLASS: Modifications and assists will be offered to allow each yogi, beginner to advanced, to make this practice their own.

  • Awaken your body (and mind) by greeting the day with sun salutations and dynamic flowing asanas.
  • Dedicated to both a physical and mental challenge.
  • Focusing on core engagement, proper alignment, extension, and balance.
  • ALL LEVEL CLASS – Modifications and assists will be offered to allow each yogi, beginner to advanced, to make this flow their own.

IN-STUDIO CLASS (also livestreamed)
This is a perfect way to end your week – a GENTLE flow class w/ a Happy Hour afterward!!!

  • This class is a continuous flow of movement & breath which generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on the experience of the present moment.
  • In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence.

  • A moment to find direction, balance, and fluidity to your new week.
  • The class begins with a relaxing meditation to calm the body and mind and focus on our breath.
  • The second half of the class allows us to gently connect our breath to a soft flow, on hands and knees, to open and lubricate joint hips and shoulders increasing mobility and working on softening fascia.
  • This is a very gentle class and requires no standing.
  • This class will leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed – a perfect way to end a week and be mentally refreshed to start a new week!
  • ALL LEVEL CLASS – Modifications and assists will be offered to allow each yogi, beginner to advanced, to make this practice their own.
